Ways and Means: Table for Rent Guidelines 2007-2008

Guidelines for renting a space at LOSC monthly functions.

1. Each month a 6-foot table will be available to anyone with a small business whether or not they are an LOSC member.  LOSC members have priority over outside vendors.  Family members of board members who are not part of the LOSC will be categorized as outside vendors.
2. The cost is $25 per table, per function.  Payment must be made in advance.
3. Business cannot interfere with the LOSC function and must abide by ALL Gateway Club and LOSC rules.
4. Interested parties should submit their name, phone number, and type/name of business to Ways & Means Chairman or 1^st Vice President.
   1. 2-4 vendors will be chosen each month depending on space availability.
   2. If a vendor has a spot and doesn't show, they will not be allowed to participate for 2 months.
   3. A vendor will be allowed to purchase a meal at that month's function, even if they are not a LOSC member.  The meal and the $25 table fee will be paid in advance.
