Helping our Community

Socials and Special Activities are only one aspect of the Lackland Officers' Spouses' Club. The main purpose of our organization is to make our base and community a better place in which to live, not just for our own families, but for all military families, as well as for our civilian neighbors.  As military spouses, we know we are only going to live at any particular base for a relatively short time, but through the efforts of OSC's all over the world, we endeavor to leave each place better than we found it. 

In addition to funding a scholarship program for military dependant students, the LOSC supports many military-connected organizations through charitable donations raised from the proceeds raised by the Lackland Thrift Shop.
